Timeframe: To be eligible for a refund, you must initiate your request within 30 days of your clearing session.
Discussion & Resolution: We kindly ask that you first discuss your concerns directly with Melani. Your feedback is invaluable. Melani is committed to understanding your experience thoroughly and will work collaboratively with you to address any issues. This may involve exploring adjustments to your healing plan, recommending additional support, or discussing alternative approaches.
Assessment Fee: Please note that the initial assessment fee is non-refundable. This fee covers the essential time and expertise dedicated to understanding your comprehensive health background, identifying potential root causes, and developing your personalized energetic clearing strategy, regardless of subsequent clearing outcomes.
